To access certain features, you must register for an account. You agree to provide accurate and complete information and to keep your credentials secure. You are responsible for all activity under your account and must notify us of any unauthorised use.
3. Bookings & Payments
The Service facilitates appointment bookings between businesses and their clients. Any payments processed through the Service will appear on your payment statement under the name TFINDER Ltd. Refunds and cancellations are subject to the cancellation policy set by the business you booked with. We are not liable for the quality of services provided by third-party businesses.
4. Intellectual Property
All content, branding, and software associated with the Service are the property of TFINDER Ltd or its licensors. You may not copy, modify, or distribute any part of the Service without prior written consent.
5. Limitation of Liability
The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law, TFINDER Ltd shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.
